Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has inviting the applications from the qualified candidates for the post of Director (Engineering), HSCC (INDIA) Limited (HSCC) in Schedule ‘C’ of the CPSE.

The Public Enterprises Selection Board [P.E.S.B] is a high powered body constituted by Government of India Resolution dated 3.3.1987 which was subsequently amended from time-to-time, the latest being on 11.11.2008.

The policy of Government is to appoint through a fair and objective selection procedure outstanding professional managers to Level-I and Level-II posts and posts at any other level, as may be decided by the Government from time to time.

The P.E.S.B has been set up with the objective of evolving a sound managerial policy for the Central Public Sector Enterprises and, in particular, to advise Government on appointments to their top management posts.

Scale of Pay : Rs. 51,300-73,000/- (Revised)
Age : 40 – 58 yrs
Qualification :
The candidate should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Civil Engineering with good academic record from a recognised university/institution. He should have adequate experience at senior level in a large organisation of repute. Persons with experience in dealing with consultancy services and construction of projects would have added advantage.
Minimum qualification is relaxable in exceptional cases of internal candidates with very sound background.
